Background
Cummins Inc. is an American multinational corporation that designs, manufactures, and distributes engines, filtration, and power generation products. Cummins sells in approximately 190 countries and territories through a network of more than 600 company-owned and independent distributors and approximately 7,200 dealers. Cummins reported a net income of $2.15 billion on sales of $28 billion in 2022.
Research & Planning
We started by reviewing the BRD (Business Requirements Document) to fully understand the requirements. This was followed by research, team calls, and initial wireframing. We gathered inputs from managers, developers, and stakeholders to align our approach.
Design & Prototyping
Using an agile process, we created wireframes based on feedback from team members. Alternative layouts were developed to address the feedback, and prototypes were shared with the client for review and input.
Implementation
Real-time changes were made according to feedback, and screens were updated and sent back for further discussions. We ensured timely delivery of all screens to keep the project on track.
Testing & Optimization
After receiving client feedback, we iteratively refined the designs, making adjustments and ensuring the wireframes met all requirements before final approval.
